observations - when ingnition key is turned to start (from ‘heat plugs’ or what every its callled), the dash indicator lights dim I have a B3200 that won't turn-over. I turn the ignition switch on, then preheat for a few seconds, then go to start and it won’t crank. Tried several different batteries, tried jump starting from my truck, bypassed the two safety switches under the seat, cleaned battery terminals, checked fuses. Long story short it won't turn over.
