this is SO REASSURING, took the NCLEX yesterday and felt confident up until 85. I know that you can pass whether you have 75 questions, 150 questions, or 265 questions. My first CAT attempt, it shut off at 75, level of difficulty: hard with 90+ percentile but with a grade between 50-60% on the 75 questions that I got. I got my ATT on the 30th of Dec.
